"At Molino Sauco we are fully aware of the need to care for the environment and respect our surroundings. For this reason, we adopt measures that help to reduce the impact of our activity, reducing the consumption of energy, water and other resources.
We know that sustainable tourism can contribute to the development of our territory, and that is why we encourage all our customers to join us in this commitment by using water and energy responsibly, buying local products, visiting artisans and traditional producers". 

We are a family from Granada in love with Sierra de La Sagra. After more than 20 years visiting and living in the areaWe have lovingly rebuilt this old mill house.

We live in another farmhouse 3Km from the Sauco Mill, and we keep a farm of more than 600 ha with agro-forestry use.
